    Full Athletic Schedule

The Summer Bridge Program opens many doors and opportunities for academic success, familiarity with the university, relationship building, and athletic training. Program participants enroll in six college credit hours over a three week period. Tuition, fees, housing, meals, and books are all-inclusive. This three-week residential program supports academic success, retention, and personal growth as well as the successful academic transition to college life for its participants.

The Summer Bridge Program is open to students who graduate from high school in the late spring and early summer prior to the start of their freshman year at Liberty University. The participant’s only obligation to the university, athletics department, and Summer Bridge Program is to achieve academically.

Students have the ability to take two 3-hour classes in a three week session and begin their fall semester with 6 total credit hours. The two 3-hour classes are applicable to any degree the participant chooses. In addition, students will form friendships with other student athletes and establish rapport with professors before the actual start of the semester. The cumulative GPA of our participants coming out of Summer Bridge is over a 3.0.
