Liberty Partners with SIDEARM Sports on NextGen Website and Mobile App
Conference affiliation in Conference USA will not be the only new thing for Flames Nation to enjoy during the approaching 2023-24 athletics season.
Liberty Athletics has partnered with SIDEARM Sports to provide a new look and functionality to LibertyFlames.com, LibertyFlamesClub.org and LibertyLetterwinners.org, as well as the Liberty Flames mobile app. Liberty’s new athletics websites and mobile app will utilize the SIDEARM NextGen technology.
SIDEARM Sports and Liberty Flames Athletics will launch the new website Thursday, July 13. The launch will start around 9 a.m. EST. Fans may notice downtime while the migration of the new website takes place.
“We are excited to launch the new Liberty Flames athletics website with SIDEARM Sports, the leading digital fan engagement platform in college athletics,” said Vice President and Director of Athletics Ian McCaw. “Our athletics strategic communications and IT staffs have worked hard to build a great site to expand our brand and connect with our fans.”
SIDEARM NextGen is the latest version of SIDEARM Sports’ revolutionary technology, providing a new approach to fans’ digital journeys. NextGen brings modern and cutting-edge updates to the software that has powered college athletics for over 20 years. Fans will notice faster site loads, greater stability, enhanced security, a one-of-a-kind digital design system and much more across digital products.
The new-look site will provide Liberty Flames fans with a fresh and modern digital experience. The redesigned website will feature an updated look with improved navigation and deeper engagement opportunities.
A new Liberty Flames mobile app will debut later this month. During the time period between the launch of the new athletics website and the launch of the new Liberty Flames mobile app, the current Liberty Flames mobile app will be disabled.
Continue to check back on LibertyFlames.com and the Liberty Flames social media channels regarding the latest information on the mobile app launch. The new Liberty Flames mobile app will provide Flames Nation with a better game day experience, including quicker access to tickets, parking, fan accounts and more.
